Green Latern Gonipora

Overview

The Green Lantern Goniopora is a high-voltage addition to the “Flowerpot” family. It provides incredible kinetic energy to a reef tank, as its long polyps catch the smallest currents and sway like a field of neon grass.

Coloration: Intense neon lime or “electric” green stalks with shimmering green or silver-tipped “flowers.”
Growth Pattern: Mounding/Encrusting (polyps extend from a hard, stony base).

Lighting: Low to Medium (PAR 75–125).
Water Flow: Medium (Indirect, turbulent flow is best).
Feeding: Required; needs fine-particle coral foods or liquid aminos.
Aggressiveness: Semi-aggressive (can sting neighbors with its long reach).
Care Level: Moderate.
