Awesome Blossom Zoa

The Awesome Blossom Zoa (Zoanthus sp.) is an elite, multi-ringed designer zoanthid highly prized by collector reefers for its intricate, rainbow-like face pattern. Revered for its exceptional color contrast, this cultivar features an electric peach-to-pink oral disc surrounding a metallic cyan mouth, framed by a thick, dark slate-blue to violet ring, and finished with long, radioactive neon-green skirt tentacles that pop under blue actinic LEDs.

Coloration: Electric peach, pink, or magenta face disc with a metallic cyan mouth, encircled by a dark slate-blue or violet ring, and crowned with long, radioactive neon-green skirt tentacles.

Growth Pattern: Colonial mat (encrusts steadily across rockwork, ceramic plugs, and sandbed tiles, forming dense multi-polyp carpet mats). Sold as 2-3 polyps.

Lighting: Low to Moderate (PAR 75–125).

Water Flow: Low to Moderate (Gentle, indirect sweeping current).

Feeding: Photosynthetic; responds well to optional target feeding with micro-plankton powders, coral amino acids, or liquid feeds to encourage rapid budding.
