Green and Gray Platygyra, commonly known as a Maze Brain Coral or Worm Coral.
Platygyra is famous for its “meandrine” skeletal structure, where the coral forms winding, valley-like ridges that resemble a brain or a complex maze. The contrast between neon green ridges and dark gray or gunmetal valleys makes it a visually striking “showpiece” coral that adds a unique texture to the reef.
