The Orange Oxide Zoa (Zoanthus sp.) is an electrifying, metallic-toned designer zoanthid celebrated for its industrial color scheme and high-contrast glow. Highly popular among zoa enthusiasts, this bold piece features a fiery metallic copper-to-burnt-orange oral disc framed by a dark charcoal or slate-grey inner ring, a bright radioactive yellow halo, and long, brilliant neon-orange to rust-colored skirt tentacles that fluoresce intensely under blue actinic lighting.

Coloration: Metallic copper-to-burnt-orange central face disc, encircled by a dark slate inner ring, a electric yellow halo, and crowned with long, high-glow neon-orange skirt tentacles.

Growth Pattern: Colonial mat (encrusts across rock surfaces and frag plugs, forming tight, uniform polyp clusters). Sold as 2-3 polyps.

Lighting: Low to Moderate (PAR 75–125).

Water Flow: Low to Moderate (Gentle, indirect sweeping current).

Feeding: Photosynthetic; benefits from optional spot-feeding with micro-plankton powders, coral amino acids, or fine liquid feeds to accelerate budding.

Aggressiveness: Peaceful (safe to group alongside other Zoanthus species on a shared zoa garden structure).

Care Level: Easy to Moderate (Hardy once acclimated, maintaining its rich metallic orange tones and crisp ring definition under standard LED lighting).
